There are so many challenges that people face every day. There is one challenge that I had to overcome in my life – my health. Since I remember myself I was severely stuttering. Humiliating disorder for a child, you become shy, quiet, and very lonely as a result. I started to use food as an escape from reality because I was lonely. I hated that I couldn’t stop overeating. When I hit my teens, I became body-conscious…  At that time I didn’t know it was called emotional eating but I was pretty sure it was bad. So I kept quiet. I really thought I can fix this myself. I just need more self-discipline to eat less! And I kept on obsessively and excessively exercising! 10 years went by very quickly and very painfully and I am no different. But somewhere along the way, my story changed… I have gone through all of this experience for a very big reason! To help others to realize that there is a way to get out of this painful circle. Don’t just say to yourself “stop eating cake”. Don’t make any rules about what you eat. Instead, change HOW YOU EAT.
